Last updated: 6 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using London Tube AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

London Tube AI provides London transport journey planning features, route information, nearby station information, live service status, disruption context, weather or location-based context, and travel insights.

Some features may use public transport data, third-party APIs, device location, analytics, app diagnostics, and optional premium purchases.

3. Independent Third-Party App

London Tube AI is an independent third-party app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Transport for London, the Mayor of London, or any transport operator.

Transport information may be based on public data sources and third-party services. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

4. No Travel Guarantee

The app is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. You are responsible for checking official transport sources, station notices, safety instructions, service updates, and local travel conditions before and during travel.

We do not guarantee that any journey, route, arrival time, disruption alert, crowd estimate, AI-generated suggestion, or travel recommendation will be accurate, complete, or available.

5. AI and Predictive Features

The app may provide AI-assisted or predictive travel insights. These features are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely solely on AI-generated suggestions when making travel decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, or use the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.

7. Location and Permissions

Some app features require optional permissions, such as location or notifications. You can deny or revoke permissions through your device settings. If permissions are denied, some features may not work.

8. Premium Features and Purchases

The app may offer premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases through Google Play Billing. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund eligibility are handled through Google Play.

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Google Play account. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but may not automatically refund previous payments.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law. You may need to request refunds through Google Play.

10. Intellectual Property

The app, design, branding, code, and original content are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. Third-party names, logos, data, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit app features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, London Tube AI and its developer are not liable for losses, damages, missed journeys, delays, travel disruption, incorrect information, service outages, or reliance on app information.

13. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
