Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of London Tube AI, also known as AI Tube Navigator, can request deletion of data collected through the app.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your use of London Tube AI, email us at:

londontubenavigator@gmail.com

Please use the subject:

Delete London Tube AI Data

In your email, please include:

The app name: London Tube AI / AI Tube Navigator
Your request to delete app-related data
Any information needed to identify your request, such as your Google Play purchase order ID if your request relates to a purchase

What Data Can Be Deleted

Depending on what data is available and identifiable, we can delete or anonymise:

Support emails and correspondence you sent to us
Data associated with analytics identifiers where reasonably available
Crash report or diagnostic records where reasonably available
Server-side records associated with your request, if any exist

Local Data Stored on Your Device

Some app data is stored only on your device and is not stored on our servers. This may include:

App preferences
Favourite stations or lines
Recent searches or recent stations
Cached route or station data
Notification settings
Language and display settings

You can delete local app data by:

Opening your Android device Settings
Going to Apps
Selecting London Tube AI
Selecting Storage
Choosing Clear Storage or Clear Data

You can also delete local app data by uninstalling the app.

Data That May Be Kept

Some data may be retained where required or permitted by law, platform requirements, security obligations, accounting rules, fraud prevention, tax requirements, dispute resolution, or refund handling.

This may include:

Google Play purchase and subscription records
Refund, fraud prevention, or billing records
Records required for legal or accounting compliance
Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identifies a user or device

Retention Period

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving sufficient information to identify and process the request.

If we need more information from you, we may contact you using the email address you used to submit the request.

Deleting Your App Account

London Tube AI does not currently provide user account creation or login. Therefore, there is no in-app account to delete.
